Genie SDK v 0.5 released

Hi,

This is the latest release of the Genie SDK. Here what's new:

ver 0.5 - 02 July 2008

- debug print API calls added to the SDK. You can
use the dprint() and dprintf() to print on the Genie
debug uart. Some minor soldering and external HW is
needed(check \docs\debug print mod)
- Nokia flashing APIs added to the SDK, please check
the genieapi.h for description and also the included
'boot bb5' example
